The "2018 Global Index Corporate Profile Methodology" is now available
Access to Nutrition Indexes consist of research into companies nutrition commitments, performance and disclosure (Corporate Profile assessment) and, for manufacturers that market baby-food, an assessment into marketing breast-milk substitutes (BMS assessment). In some cases, research into the nutritional quality of companies’ product portfolio (Product Profile assessment) is also conducted (first time in the India Index 2016).
The Corporate Profile methodology 2018 is now available. The Global Index Corporate Profile methodology is based on existing international standards, guidelines and frameworks, such as those developed by the WHO, Codex Alimentarius (Codex) and other leading nutrition-focused organizations. It covers seven broad categories:
The 2018 Global Index Corporate Profile methodology 2018 was developed by the Access to Nutrition Foundation, in consultation with key stakeholders and in collaboration with the ATNI’S Expert Group. The Global Index is expected to be published in March 2018.
